If you’ve recently been diagnosed with salicylate sensitivity, suspect a salicylate sensitivity, or have a scientific curiosity about salicylate sensitivity, chances are you’ve heard of the low salicylate diet. Designed to help keep symptoms at bay, the diet, while beneficial to the sensitive among us, doesn’t come without its challenges (a little elimination diet joke there!).
To help answer any questions you might have, I’ve put together a page of links designed to give readers as much information as possible about salicylate sensitivity and eating low sal. The articles are not intended to replace the sound advice of registered dietitians but are instead offered up as a complimentary resource, helping those suffering from a sensitivity to explore ways of eating that may lead to improved quality of life.
If you have any further questions, or perhaps a suggestion to add to the list, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
